2026 SPECIAL EVENTS
🎃 HALLOWEEN MARKET — DOWNTOWN VANCOUVER
October 31, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PMJoin us for a special Halloween-themed market in Downtown Vancouver.Participating vendors are required to:
• Add Halloween-themed decorations to their booth
• Provide individually wrapped candy or small treats for visitors
• Create a fun and welcoming Halloween atmosphereCostumes are encouraged! 👻
🍴 FOOD VENDORS
Food trucks and pre-packaged food vendors are welcome to apply.Application Deadline: October 1, 2026
Food vendor applications submitted after October 1 may not be accepted due to permit and event planning requirements.Limited food vendor spaces are available.

- RainCity Local Market is an outdoor, rain-or-shine market.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, displays, and proper canopy weights, unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
- Vendor availability, pricing, and requirements may vary by market location and date.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee a spot.
- Applications are reviewed based on availability, vendor category, product fit, and event requirements.
- Approved vendors will receive an approval email and payment instructions from RainCity Local Market.
- Please do not send payment before receiving an approval email or invoice from us.
- Food vendors must submit their application at least 20 days before the market date to allow sufficient time for any required permits or approvals.
